Important: Delivery is available Monday- Friday, and orders will be shipped Monday – Wednesday. To guarantee delivery on the same week, please place your order no later than Wednesday. We try our best to ensure all orders arrive safely and on time, but please be advised that due to ongoing issues with FedEx we cannot cover the cost of lost parcels.

Once your order has been handed to our courier, it cannot be changed or refunded

Delivery fees: All orders are shipped via next-day delivery (excluding Saturday and Sunday). Please place your order before 11:30 am for next-day delivery. A £7.50 delivery fee will be automatically applied for this service. The Deluxe and Ultimate Wagyu Boxes come with free delivery.
