Our hand-pressed beef burgers, straight from the farm.

All our burgers are gluten-free and made using 100% wagyu beef from the finest of cuts

All weights are approximate.



Cooking instructions: Remove all packaging.

Grill. Place under a preheated grill medium/high grill and cook for approximately 18-20 MINS, turning occasionally.

Shallow fry. Add a tablespoon of oil in frying pan and fry over a medium heat for 12 MINS, turning regularly. Drain well before serving.

Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout, no pink meat remains and the juice run clear. Do not reheat. Not suitable for microwave cooking.

    After watching several videos on You Tube about Wagyu beef, I was expecting nirvana. Don`t get me wrong they were wonderful in flavour, but only a 4/5 compared to what I was hoping for.
